Since every product involves delicate hand embroidery and minor variations that make each item unique, we request you to read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Please note: Slight variations in embroidery, color, or fabric texture are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

🔄 Process for Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9838404666 or email us at support@pairahanchikan.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Once approved, you will receive a confirmation message and return instructions.
• The product must be shipped back within 5 working days of approval.
• Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it, and your exchange or credit will be processed within 7–10 working days.

💳 Refunds

• For COD orders, refunds will be issued as a credit coupon usable on future purchases.
• For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality inspection.
• Shipping charges and custom dyeing requests are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale or clearance.
• Customized, dyed, or altered items.
• Items returned without original packaging or tag.
