However, since Chikankari is handmade, slight variations in embroidery, design, and color may occur — this is the beauty of handwork and not considered a defect.

Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Any delay caused by courier or customs is beyond our control, but we will assist to the best of our ability.

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
